Needing to shake off a long week and refresh for Monday? Start by running a bath and shaking in a good few drops of your Sunshine Potion, along with some salt (Epson salts if you have them- if not regular old kitchen salt will do the trick!). The salt will cleanse you while your essential oil blend unties the knots of the week and allows you to unwind. Immerse yourself in the water and imagine that the bath is glowing with bright white light: Visualise your body being purified and your negativity being ‘washed away’. When you are finished, imagine that negativity getting sucked away, deep down into the plug hole!
