Certain essential oils have been found in studies to reduce anxiety, stabilize blood pressure, and improve overall sleep quality. They are frequently used in an aroma diffuser but can also be experienced by placing a drop or two on bed sheets or spritzing onto a small cloth that is then placed under the pillow on the bed.  The dropper contains a soothing essential oil blend of ylang ylang, cedarwood, bergamot & jasmine.

We handmake this by combining the essentials oil with a carrier coconut oil.
